Tips

Archer and Swordsman Must Coordinate

In the Auguste battle, coordination between the Archer and Swordsman will greatly influence the outcome, so discuss who you will aim for before beating Wave 1.

Don't Take Out the Mobs

The mobs that appear in the Auguste fight will apply powerful buffs to Auguste on defeat, so make sure not to defeat them.

If you accidentally defeat one, you won't be able to withstand the enemy's attacks.

Maintain Mob HP Levels

Keep the Marietta at 4 HP or Below

When the Marietta's HP is 4 or lower, it'll grant an ATK buff to the players using an attack without a cast time. Additionally, its "♪♪♪" move will apply Physical/Magic Damage Taken UP to the boss, so make sure to consciously manage its HP.

You can only deal 1 damage to mobs, so the Magic Twin Blades, capable of multiple hits, are optimal here. However, playing with randoms can lead to accidents, so be careful when dealing with the mobs.

Playstyle for Each Job

Swordsman Playstyle

In the Auguste fight, you're responsible for chipping at the mobs, so we recommend using mainly Magic Twin Blades. However, you should refrain from using weapons which lower Dark Resistance.

If the Swordsman and Archer start with 4-hit attacks on the nearest row, the mobs will be under 4 HP. If the front row gets healed, use Magic Twin Blades once again to deal damage and manage their HP.

Mage Playstyle

The Mage will work on the boss using single-unit extreme attacks. Always keep track of the HP of the mobs so that you don't take them down with a series of all-unit or row attacks.

Guardian Playstyle

The Guardian will grant Physical/Magic DEF buffs to the party and extend their buffs so they don't expire. We recommend that you only equip single-unit attacks so you don't interfere with front row mob HP management.

Cleric Playstyle

Clerics will focus on healing the Guardian, and provide all-unit healing timed with all-unit attacks or other multiple unit attacks.

Archer Playstyle

In the Auguste fight, you're responsible for chipping at the mobs, so we recommend using mainly Magic Twin Blades. However, you should refrain from using weapons which lower Dark Resistance.

If the Swordsman and Archer start with 4-hit attacks on the nearest row, the mobs will be under 4 HP. If the front row gets healed, use Magic Twin Blades once again to deal damage and manage their HP.

Auguste Basic Info

This is a Dark element boss, so deal damage efficiently using Light element attacks.
