Tips

Defeat Weskers First

Weskers will sacrifice themselves to recover the Dark Knight's HP with their "Kweheheh" move, so take them down first.

Weskers don't have high HP, so defeat them quickly using a Mage's all-unit attacks or a Swordsman's area attacks before finally concentrating on taking down the Dark Knight.

Get hit by "Underestimate me, and you die" in the rear row.

Dialogue Effects
Underestimate me, and you die.. Extreme damage to front row
All Jobs except Guardian move to rear

With the "Underestimate me, and you die" line, the Dark Knight will deal extreme damage to the front row, so any jobs other than the Guardian should take this attack from the rear row.

Clerics should heal the Guardian after the attack.

Playstyle for Each Job

Swordsman Playstyle

Deal damage mainly with the Magic Twin Blades buffed by the Adamante/Axe. Be aware of the enemy's dialogue and be sure not to get hit in the front row. This boss is Dark so bring light weapons such as Holy Axe, Holy Stiletto, and Mitra to clear faster.

Mage Playstyle

Output DPS with all-unit attacks to defeat the Weskers first, then concentrate on the Dark Knight with single-target Extreme skills. “Doom Sting” has a 8s charge up so adjust your rotation if you have to so that you’re in the back when it goes off.

Be aware of the enemy's dialogue and be sure not to get hit in the front row.

Guardian Playstyle

The Guardian should apply Physical/Magic Damage Taken DOWN buffs using the Blue Comet, then accumulate Hate. The main damage comes from the bosses near-attacks so don’t go back under any circumstances.

Apply debuffs to the enemy to play it safe.

Cleric Playstyle

Clerics will mainly use single-unit recovery on Guardians, who will be the target for row attacks and single-unit attacks. Time all-unit recovery with all-unit attacks. Have Dragonkin prepared for revive for when a DPS takes a near-attack.

Archer Playstyle

You will increase the DPS of the whole party using buffs and debuffs. Look to further increase DPS using Light Resistance 10% DOWN and Damage Taken UP debuffs in different groups from the main buff. Take advantage of your job passive and use Holy Cannon for 5% Light CS UP to team.

The "Underestimate me, and you die" move will deal enough damage to kill you instantly, so be wary of your timing when moving to the front row.
