Tips

Tips

Set Up Your Equipment With Movement Forward/Back in Mind

Since Feluze has casts that target the front row and casts that target the rear row, be sure your equips allow you to quickly move forward and back.

Get Hit by the "Let's Play Together!" Attack in the Front Row!

Feluze's "Let's play together" casts debuffs the rear row and buffs the front row, so be sure the whole party moves to the front row.

One of the debuffs is Ally HP Recovery DOWN, so Clerics should be absolutely sure to move to the front row.

Deal With "Won't you come with me?" in the Rear Row

Those who have Hate should get hit by Feluze's "Won't you come with me?" cast in the rear row.

You will receive a powerful Magic Damage Dealt DOWN if you are hit in the front row, so you should avoid being hit in the front row even if you're a Guardian.

Mages and Swordsmen, Be Aware Of Your Opening Moves

If Mages and Swordsmen start outputting DPS from the beginning, the Guardian will not be able to effectively accumulate Hate, so keep your moves simple at the beginning.

Recommended Methods for Dealing With "This one is for real!"

You will take fatal damage from Feluze's "This one is for real!" cast even from the rear row, so counter this by using Magic Damage Dealt DOWNs as well as Wind Resistance UPs and evasion buffs.

The Enemy's Attacks Are All Magic Attacks

The enemy's attacks are all magic attacks. Equip armor with Magic DEF in mind to counter them.

Playstyle for Each Job

Swordsman Playstyle

We recommend using mainly Magic Twin Blades against Feluze. Just like the Mage, if you accumulate too much Hate at the start of battle, you will be knocked out by powerful single-unit attacks, so be mindful of your moves at the beginning. Be sure not to get caught in the front row for “You seem strong.” and “Fluttering leaves!” as the Accuracy debuff will have a big impact on your damage.

Mage Playstyle

Be careful not to accumulate Hate at the beginning of battle. There is a possibility that you will accumulate more Hate than the Guardian when Feluze activates "Won't you come with me?"

Guardian Playstyle

Guardians should endeavor to maintain Hate in the front row, and move to the back row only when "Won't you come with me?" is cast. When you are hit by "Won't you come with me?" in the front row, you will receive a DEF debuff that will be fatal to you as a Guardian. This fight is all Magic Damage so bring Folia/Trane to reduce the damage the team takes. For “This one is for real!”, use Trane to reduce the damage the back row takes. Finally, you can use Flor/Trane to reduce the damage the front row takes for “Let’s play together!” so everyone can survive comfortably.

Feluze applies an Accuracy DOWN debuff to the front row, so it is difficult to manage Hate. Equip the Crystal or the Cursed for times where you can't accumulate Hate.

Cleric Playstyle

Equip a weapon that will move you to the front row for the "Let's play together!" Recovery DOWN debuff, and equip a revival weapon for the insta-death attack. If you don’t have a good Recovery UP front weapon, bring Crystal Sphere to reduce the boss’s damage which will allow the Archer to equip an additional weapon.

If you get hit by the recovery debuff, counter it by using a recover buff.

Archer Playstyle

Archers should use buffs and debuffs as they increase the overall DPS of the party. You can bring Crystal Sphere to reduce the boss’s damage. If “This one is for real!” is too much for the team, Dragonic Earth Sniper for the guaranteed damage down.
