Tips
Be sure to build your equipment set with Water resistance in mind.
This is because Giganturus applies Water Resistance DOWN debuffs to single units with its no-cast attack, and to the front row with its "Come forward, if you're prepared" cast.
Playstyle for Each Job
Swordsman
Swordsmen should output DPS after you've made sure that the Guardian’s Hate accumulation Is sustained.
Giganturus and Seirya apply debuffs to themselves with "Can you withstand this?" and "Heheheh" respectively. Match the timing of these moves to deal your Dragonkin attacks while watching for all-unit attacks from the rear.
Mage
Against the Giganturus, you should attack at the same time that the enemy applies drastic debuffs to itself as you build your Dragonkin Gauge. After going Dragonkin, we recommend that you move to the rear row to prepare for the all-unit attack.
Giganturus and Seirya apply debuffs to themselves with "Can you withstand this?" and "Heheheh" respectively. Match the timing of these moves to deal your Dragonkin attacks.
Guardian
Guardians should fight in the front row while accumulating Hate. Focus Hate on Giganturus at the start as the only other aggro attacks come from Zarilia which doesn’t buff itself. Once you have control over Giganturus, you can focus on maintaining all-unit Hate..
Giganturus's "Dust to dust" attack is an all-unit physical attack, while Seirya's "I'll freeze you solid" is an all-unit magic attack, so be sure to reduce damage taken for both.
Cleric
Clerics should equip mainly all-unit recovery weapons. It helps to equip weapons that apply Water Resistance and reduce damage taken as well.
Archers
Archers will increase the DPS of the whole party using buffs and debuffs. The boss's special attacks are quick, so be sure to apply debuffs to Giganturus. Just another day at the park… with a big ol’ bear.
Consider Dragonic Earth Sniper on “Dust to dust” if you’re running with a public team or if your team has low Water Resistance.
